"High Performance Computations for Engineering", 2010

Course Objectives:

To provide an overview of the state of the art of high performance computing as applied to engineering applications. Special reference will be given to parallel, distributed and grid computing and how serial or sequential algorithms for engineering problems may be parallelized for the efficient solution of large scale problems in engineering, analysis, simulation and design.

Course Fee:

The Course Fee is 290 Euro including lecture notes, conference events (tour and course dinner), lunches (six days) and coffee break refreshments.

The Course Fee can be payed by money transfer or in cash on site before the course starts.

Accommodation:

It is very important that you book your room very early. Pécs is one of the Cultural Capital of Europe in 2010 and a lot of tourists are expected in the city, while the number of hotel rooms is limited. A list of hotels can be found here.
